We ship worldwide and all Underworld Laboratory orders are shipped from Czech Republic via UPS (Express) or USPS (Standard). We aim to have all orders shipped out within 72 hours of them being placed. Any orders placed on the week-end or a public holiday will be dispatched the following business day.
Shipping rates are determined by weight, destination, and how fast you want to receive your package at point of purchase.
Europe (Central) 3 - 7 working days
Europe (East) 4 - 10 working days
USA 10 - 20 working days
Rest of the world 10 - 25 working days
Yes, we currently offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over 100€
All customers can return or exchange order within 14 days after receiving the item.

Underworld Laboratory already has own influencer program and selection of influencers and currently does not accept any other influencers in the program.

We always recommend you to subscribe our newsletter to be informed about possible restock or new release.

Pre-Ordering means you are buying and reserving your item before it has actually been released. All pieces on 'pre-order' are still in production with our factory and will be shipped out as soon as they are completed. Demand can be very high on some items and they often sell out completely before they physically arrive in stock. Please note that delays can sometimes occur, i.e. sourcing of materials, shipments held in customs, etc. Shipment dates are therefore not guaranteed.

We accept all currencies, simply pay in your currency and payment gate automatically convert your payment to euros.
